个人简介：

张素娟，女，副教授，硕士，主要从事工程招投标与合同管理、工程建设法律法规等教学和研究工作。近年来参与编著工程招投标与合同管理、土木工程概预算与清单计价、道路施工组织与概预算、公路工程建设法规等多部教材，以第一作者公开发表论文十余篇，其中EI检索多篇。主持、参与教研、科研项目十余项。一级注册建造师、公路与水运试验检测师。
