贾海川，山东交通学院副教授，硕士生导师。主要从事道路工程结构与材料方面的研究。主持及参与国家建设高水平大学公派研究生项目、中央高校基本科研业务项目、山东省交通科技创新计划项目以及山东交通学院学科骨干科研启动项目等7项；荣获中国公路学会科学技术进步奖二等奖1项；发表学术论文20余篇，其中SCI及EI收录18篇，获国家专利8项。
